Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains, monitors, and updates the assigned business process and/or system.
• Researches complex problems and acts independently to resolve.
• Analyzes existing processes/systems and recommends improvements and implements changes.
• Develops and provides user documentation and training materials.
• Develops operational procedures for products, services and systems supported.
• Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Generates specialized and ad hoc reports.
• Analyzes reports and recommends process or system improvements.
• Provides technical support to the business unit, customers, and management.
• Serves as liaison between software vendors and users or between users and other corporate areas.
• May lead analytics in trainings or projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
