Job summary

Mint Source is a remote-first boutique agency that runs original surveys for mid-market and enterprise B2B tech clients. You will own research projects from strategy through final deliverable, turning data into narrative-driven reports that position clients as market leaders.

You’ll write most reports at first, shape editorial standards over time, mentor freelance writers, and partner with data analysts. AI assists the first pass, but you bring the judgment to craft original, high-impact thought

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content strategy, research, journalism, or analyst roles.
• Experience with original survey research and reading crosstabs.
• Exceptional editorial judgment: what belongs in headlines vs. appendix.
• Excellent spoken and written English; client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Write narrative-driven research reports transforming survey data into thought leadership.
• Identify central story in data, separate signal from noise, defend strongest angle.
• Own projects end-to-end: kickoff, strategy, survey design, findings, report, presentation to stakeholders.
• Lead client-facing sessions and guide conversations with senior leaders.
• Collaborate with analysts and operations team throughout each project.
• Direct AI-assisted drafting and apply judgment to create original work.
