Job summary

Greenbox Capital seeks a Senior Cloud Platform Security Engineer to own Azure platform, security controls, and infrastructure operations. You will partner with Technology leadership to ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and compliant cloud services supporting platform, data, AI, and applications.

This senior IC role requires 7+ years in cloud security or infrastructure, with strong IaC, Azure governance, and compliance experience.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure or security engineering experience.
• Ownership of production Azure environments and senior-level responsibility.
• Strong experience with Azure subscriptions, management groups, networking, RBAC, and monitoring.
• Practical IaC experience with Terraform/Bicep/ARM and automated deployments.
• Experience in cloud security operations, vulnerability remediation, logging, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate Azure subscriptions, management groups, networking, compute, storage, and shared infra.
• Implement standards for environment separation, naming, tagging, and secure configuration.
• Strengthen cloud identity, access controls, and emergency-access procedures.
• Operate cloud-security posture management, logging, detection, and incident response capabilities.
• Develop automation and IaC modules to reduce manual work and drift.
• Support compliance and audit readiness with evidence and control mapping.
• Collaborate with AI/Data teams to secure data/AI workflows and governance.
