Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in systems administration with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing complex AWS environments.
• Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Strong security and compliance awareness (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade complex OS and server hardware.
• Install and upgrade software across systems.
• Monitor and tune systems for optimum performance.
• Develop and implement SOPs and backups.
• Support cross-functional teams and mentor staff.
