Job summary

You will define architecture, strategy, and execution plans, leveraging AWS services and Agentic AI platforms. Develop migration waves, sizing, and cost models while ensuring security and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cloud architecture and migration.
• Experience leading VMware-to-AWS migration projects.
• Strong expertise with IaC, Terraform, and AWS services.
• Proven ability to define cloud strategy, governance, and architecture standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of VMware workloads to AWS using AI-driven tools.
• Define target landing zone architecture and migration roadmaps.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions with AWS services.
• Guide teams and governance bodies through migration governance and risk management.
• Implement AI-driven analysis and automation for migration validation and cutover.
