A remote Senior Automotive Software Engineer is sought to architect and develop embedded software for next-generation vehicles, focusing on control units and infotainment systems. This role emphasizes collaboration with hardware teams and advancing ADAS capabilities.

The ideal candidate has a Master's or PhD in a related field and 5+ years in automotive embedded software, with strong C/C++, RTOS, and automotive communication protocol knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Proficiency in C/C++, RTOS, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Experience with Agile and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity principles and ISO 26262.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality embedded software for automotive control units and infotainment systems.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to define software requirements and architectures.
• Write efficient, well-documented code in C++, Python, or Java.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Contribute to ADAS and autonomous driving functionalities.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
