Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Professional Services Senior Architect to lead the implementation and adoption of Horizon solutions for major customers. You will translate customer requirements into architectural designs spanning private and public clouds, validate deployments, and drive adoption.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. You will guide customers through a transformational journey, leveraging your leadership and depth

Qualifications

Experience in consulting and leading technical projects for enterprise customers.
Ability to translate business needs into architectural designs and roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management and communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and adoption of Omnissa Horizon solutions for key customers.
Gather requirements, design compute infrastructure (private/public cloud) and deployment plans.
Act as trusted advisor aligning customer goals with Omnissa capabilities.
Coordinate with Project Managers to develop realistic work plans and timelines.
Drive delivery improvements and identify opportunities for new services offerings.
