Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve daily exceptions identified through reports, internal communications, and customer inquiries.
• Remediate customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adhere to Key Controls per risk/compliance documentation.
• Identify enhancements to improve timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of billing.
• Participate in projects and other duties as assigned.
