The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience (v24+), strong SQL, REST/SOAP, and a DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

The role emphasizes secure integration with ERP systems like PeopleSoft/Oracle, API development, and end-to-end workflow automation, with remote options for qualified U.S. residents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Appian development (v24+).
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Appian Certification (ACD-201) or Lead Developer preferred.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (PeopleSoft/Oracle) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface Design: Build intuitive Appian SAIL forms and dashboards from multiple systems.
• Data Modeling: Design CDTs and Record Types to support apps and integrations.
• Workflow Automation: Develop end-to-end processes for approvals, notifications, and case management.
• Integration Architecture: Configure Connected Systems and Integration Objects for REST/SOAP APIs.
• API Development: Create Appian integrations and Web APIs for secure data exchange.
• Security & Authentication: Implement OAuth 2.0, SAML, or certificate-based auth.
