Job summary

Humana seeks a Principal Anaplan Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end Anaplan architecture across Finance and HR. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, integrate with key enterprise systems, and guide governance and security standards.

This remote role requires collaboration with executives and offshore teams. You will mentor architects, drive platform optimization, and establish reporting capabilities with Power BI and Tableau while aligning with enterprise strategy and

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Anaplan architecture, model building, ALM, and security configuration.
Proven experience supporting Finance and HR domains in planning or analytics contexts.
Strong understanding of financial planning, workforce management, and organizational design.
Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake.
Hands-on experience with integration tools (e.g., Oracle OIC, Informatica, MuleSoft, Anaplan Connect, APIs).
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Expertise with predictive modeling tools and techniques (Python, R, Azure ML).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across business and IT.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture across Workforce Planning and Workforce Management domains.
Set the overall architectural vision and standards for Anaplan across the organization.
Serve as the SME for complex, enterprise-wide Anaplan implementations and integrations.
Mentor Lead Architects and team members on modeling frameworks, governance, and best practices.
Engage in strategic planning, platform optimization, and alignment with enterprise initiatives.
Lead design and implementation of Anaplan modules for Finance and HR.
Oversee integration strategies with enterprise systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake) and data flow.
Ensure Anaplan security models, user roles, and access controls are robust.
Lead offshore and cross-functional teams in model development, testing, deployment.
Establish and maintain reporting/dashboard solutions using Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau.
Shape the enterprise planning roadmap with Finance and HR leadership.
