Job summary

Humana is seeking a Principal Anaplan Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end Anaplan architecture across Finance and HR domains, setting strategic standards and mentoring teams. You will drive integrations with Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake, and guide governance and best practices across the organization.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, align with enterprise architecture and data governance, and advise executives on functional strategies while ensuring data

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Anaplan, including model building, architecture, ALM, and security configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture across Workforce Planning and Workforce Management domains.
• Operate at a strategic level to set architectural vision and standards for Anaplan across the org.
• Serve as SME for complex enterprise-wide Anaplan implementations and integrations.
• Mentor Architects and team members on modeling frameworks and governance.
• Engage in strategic planning, platform optimization, and alignment with enterprise initiatives.
• Design and implement Anaplan modules for Finance and HR (Headcount cost modeling, hiring plans, attrition analytics).
• Oversee integration strategies with enterprise systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake) and ensure data flow.
