Humana Inc. is seeking a PharmD-qualified professional to execute and track clinical program strategies in collaboration with Pharmacy Analytics, Consulting, Marketing, Trade, and Clinical Pharmacy Review teams.
The role focuses on maintaining target drug lists, analyzing KPIs, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive program success and innovation within Humana's healthcare ecosystem.
Qualifications
- PharmD from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license with the Board of Pharmacy in state of residence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, analyzing and insights.
- Experience collaborating with staff across positions and management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partner teams to execute and track clinical program strategies.
- Maintain clinical program target drug lists with relevant teams.
- Track, analyze, and report program KPIs to inform decisions.
- Develop relationships with external vendors and internal teams to support programs.
- Participate in clinical program innovation and testing of enhancements.
