NIQ is seeking a strategic AI Transformation Lead, Sr. Manager to translate business opportunities into scalable AI-enabled workflows and operating-model changes. This role reports to enterprise leadership and collaborates with Product, Engineering, and IT to drive value realization.

The ideal candidate blends deep business understanding with hands-on AI fluency, leading initiatives from discovery through implementation while managing risks and securing executive alignment.

Formación

• 5+ years in business transformation, consulting, product strategy, digital transformation, or a relevant function.
• Experience translating client needs into meaningful transformation opportunities.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering across business, Product, and Technology teams to move initiatives into implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-value AI opportunities across functions and workflows.
• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process assessments to understand business needs.
• Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI-enabled workflows and roadmaps.
• Develop prototypes to test value and inform investment decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and IT to shape solution roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Lead transformation workstreams from opportunity identification through value realization.
