3Core Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal Digital Architect for AI projects to lead end-to-end architecture of large-scale AI systems in the US. Daily collaboration with business owners and architecture teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of AI architecture experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and define solution and platform architectures for large scale distributed systems.
• Create architecture with high standards for scalability, performance, resilience, and security.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, engineering managers, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Assess, select, and introduce new technologies including PoC development and spikes.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices across teams.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain clear architecture documentation with rationale and tradeoffs.
• Evolve platform architecture to improve productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency.
