• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML applications and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead exploratory spikes, PoC projects, and end-to-end prototyping to test high-impact ideas.
• Identify strategic opportunities in AI/ML and translate into actionable prototypes.
• Own architectural decisions on retrieval, evaluation, and orchestration for AskCR (RAG chatbot).
• Collaborate on technical planning and implementation for cross-functional teams.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
