Job summary

Norstella seeks a Senior Product Security Engineer to lead multi‑product security for AI/ML platforms and the Forge AI agent chain. You will mentor teams, drive threat modeling, and embed security guardrails across the autonomous SDLC to meet HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, and FDA requirements.

You will partner with engineering to implement secure CI/CD, vulnerability management, and risk‑aware automation across cloud environments, ensuring auditable, compliant AI‑generated outputs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• CISSP, OSWE, or cloud security certs preferred; AI security credentials a plus.
• 4+ years in multi-product security, with AI/ML in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat modelling across architectures and prompt pipelines.
• Drive secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices for AI‑generated code.
• Mentor engineers in risk analysis, vulnerability management, and compliance.
