Job summary

Fractal is seeking a skilled professional for a remote role requiring architect-level experience with Azure. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of GenAI patterns and strong hands-on experience with core Azure services and Databricks. This position demands strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience with AI application security and governance.

Compensation includes a range of $150,000 - $170,000, with eligibility for bonuses and comprehensive benefits from day one, including health coverage and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Architect-level experience in Azure for client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of GenAI patterns (RAG, evaluation, guardrails) and Agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with core Azure services and Databricks.
