Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a strategic Product CTO org leader to define and drive the Next-Gen SIEM and log management product vision. You will shape capabilities, data strategies, and AI-enabled enhancements, influencing the Falcon platform consolidation and security outcomes for customers.

This role collaborates with Field, Sales, and Engineering to translate market signals into shipped features, guiding multi-year plans and driving platform thought leadership in cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity or log management experience.
• Experience defining and shipping product capabilities; turn strategy into shipped features.
• Understanding of platform economics and data network effects.
• Familiarity with detection engineering pipelines and content-as-code approaches.
• Hands-on experience with products in design, evaluation, or production.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the NGSIEM product strategy, roadmap, and differentiation.
• Drive NGSIEM capability definitions across ingestion, detection, investigations, and response workflows.
• Own the data strategy for NGSIEM, prioritizing connectors and ingestion economics.
• Define the AI integration roadmap for NGSIEM and AI-assisted workflows.
• Shape cross-pillar integration and anchor NGSIEM within the Falcon platform narrative.
• Engage with stakeholders to research ideas, pain points, and market opportunities.
