- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer success relationship for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Translate customer priorities into actionable success plans across teams.
- Lead executive-level business reviews to demonstrate value and growth opportunities.
- Monitor customer health metrics and adoption to mitigate risks and drive renewal.
- Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product to ensure consistent, high-quality experience.
