Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer contractor to help build reinforcement learning environments for evaluating AI models on complex software tasks. The role focuses on reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.

You will design tasks such as bug fixing, feature development, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization, with weekly tasks delivered remotely.

Qualifications
