NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager for NCP & ISV Business Development to lead strategic partnerships for DGX Cloud and DSX OS. You will drive integrations, co-sell initiatives, and joint solutions with cloud providers and software partners.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years in BD/alliances/cloud platforms/AI infra or related field; includes 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading strategic agreements with cloud providers, software companies, or ecosystem partners.
• Familiar with cloud/AI business models, partner economics and go-to-market.
• Experience crafting commercial proposals, value exchanges, and governance structures.
• Technical proficiency in AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, orchestration, training/inference, observability, resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Execute NCP and ISV BD plans for DGX Cloud and DSX OS with a balanced mix of cloud and software partners.
• Identify and qualify prospective partners based on strategic fit, demand, and potential.
• Develop partner relationships with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, product, engineering, and executives.
• Lead agreement lifecycle from definition to negotiation, approval, launch, and governance.
• Manage program and commercial agreements for onboarding, integration, validation, certification, joint solutions, and co-sell initiatives.
• Coordinate internal reviews across Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Security, Marketing, and Operations.
• Detail partner deliverables, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Translate integration requirements into executable partner commitments with technical teams.
• Maintain joint business plans to move partners to active integrations and deployments.
• Prepare and run partner operating reviews, track commitments, and address issues.
