Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in CS/ML/DS/EE or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience in ML/AI in the US.
• Foundational ML principles before LLMs, with strong mathematical grounding.
• Hands-on dataset curation, PEFT, and evals methodologies.
• Experience designing agent architectures and autonomous workflows.
• Advanced Python proficiency and strong software engineering practices (CI/CD).
• Excellent client-facing communication with executives.
