Job summary

SEI is seeking an accomplished Lead Data Scientist, Generative AI & Intelligent Systems to shape the enterprise AI strategy and deliver scalable AI solutions across business units. You will lead initiatives spanning GenAI, RAG pipelines, AI copilots, multi-agent systems, and knowledge management, partnering with security, legal, and product teams.

You will mentor data scientists, AI engineers, and architects, establish governance frameworks, and communicate value to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI, data science, or related fields.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive SEI's AI strategy across ML, GenAI, and intelligent automation.
• Lead design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions (copilots, agents, async systems).
• Establish governance, safety, observability, and best practices for AI at scale.
