Job summary
The Community Preservation Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst, Processing (Agency) to provide loan processing support for our team. You will work with Underwriting Analysts, Underwriters, and Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae teams on setup of loan applications and submission of loan packages.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deals with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in multifamily real estate finance or loan processing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and affordable housing lending programs.
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, due diligence, and milestones to support originations.
- Prepare and submit underwriting packages and agency loan documents.
- Serve as primary contact among underwriters, originators, borrowers, and vendors.
- Assess documentation requirements for new originations and ensure timely submission.
- Monitor due diligence and keep stakeholders informed.
- Maintain data in agency and origination systems with data integrity.
