Job summary

Medtronic plc in Burlington, Vermont seeks a Senior Affera EP Mapping Specialist for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions segment. You will provide technical, clinical and sales support to drive adoption of the Affera EP mapping and navigation system across the territory.

The role is remote; travel up to 75% within the territory; you will educate physicians and staff, collaborate with Account Manager and Regional Manager, and help meet sales objectives while ensuring safe use of CAS products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor degree plus 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and CAS products.
• Communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
• Serve as a regional champion to share experience and train others in mapping technology.
