Job summary

Medtronic in the United States is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support EP mapping and navigation system (Affera) with CAS products. This remote role requires residence within the territory and periodic travel to accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 8 years of cardiac mapping/navigation experience.
• Associate degree plus 6 years of cardiac mapping/navigation experience.
• Bachelor degree plus 4 years of cardiac mapping/navigation experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and CAS products.
• Educate hospital staff on CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS Solutions products.
• Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
• Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
• Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
