Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM CMS Developer for 100% remote work in the U.S. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on AEM experience, strong Java and OSGi skills, and familiarity with GraphQL and headless CMS architectures.

You will develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise digital experiences using AEM. Ideal candidates have expertise with AEM Sites/Assets, AEM as a Cloud Service, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Adobe AEM development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and AEM architecture.
• Experience with Dispatcher, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Content Fragments, GraphQL, and headless CMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Build solutions using Java, OSGi, Sling Models, HTL, and Servlets.
• Develop headless CMS solutions using Content Fragments and GraphQL.
• Customize AEM Assets (DAM) and workflows.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud and external systems.
• Optimize site performance, Dispatcher caching, and deployments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
