Qualifications

• Source, negotiate and close acquisitions sub-$20mm independently.
• Review financial projections and pricing analyses (IRR, ROI, loan amortization).
• Source off-market acquisitions through brokers and landlords.
• Draft and review transaction documents (LOIs, PSAs).
• Contribute to corporate strategy for transactions team; build industry relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transaction process by coordinating with brokers and legal counsel.
• Negotiate business terms of acquisitions and structure.
• Identify and recommend new assets to grow the portfolio.
