Zip is seeking a Senior Accounting & Reporting Analyst to strengthen US close readiness, with ownership of analytics, reporting packages and quality routines. You will blend hands-on accounting with data, automation and AI to improve visibility into financial results.

This role operates in a remote-first US environment with the option to work from our Manhattan office, collaborating across FP&A, Finance Systems, Operations and Audit to drive accurate, timely, and transparent close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Accounting or Finance experience with close ownership.
• Strong US GAAP judgment and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience building close analytics, reporting packages, and control routines.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first US environment.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage close readiness and reporting routines.
• Develop and maintain the US Controller close reporting package.
• Create repeatable analytics and visualizations of financial results.
• Own end-to-end accounting areas and reconcile journals.
• Improve quality controls, evidence standards, and issue logs.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Finance Systems, Data, Audit and Treasury.
