Ethena, Inc., a remote-first compliance AI platform, is seeking a Senior Accountant who will take ownership of financial operations including the monthly close and revenue recognition processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GAAP and startup accounting. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations and mentoring junior staff. This role offers a salary of $120,000 to $150,000 annually along with unlimited PTO and opportunities to shape systems that scale with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth tech environment, preferably SaaS.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to manage end-to-end financial close processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.
• Manage the order-to-cash process.
• Oversee financial operations including Procure-to-Pay.
