Zusammenfassung

Related Affordable is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting, cash flow, and year-end financials for a diverse portfolio of affordable residential properties. You will partner with property management and leadership to produce timely monthly and quarterly reports used for planning and strategy.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of real estate accounting, CPA preferred, and experience with JD Edwards, RealPage or Yardi.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
2+ years real estate accounting experience.
CPA certification highly preferred.
Familiarity with JD Edwards/RealPage/Yardi is a plus.
Experience with housing agency reporting is a plus.

Aufgaben

Perform daily accounting activities and cash management for assigned properties.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings and reports.
Coordinate with auditors and regulators as needed.
Develop reporting templates and analysis using Excel/ERP software.
