Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Healthcare finance experience preferred.
• CPA certification is valued.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results and provide variance analytics.
• Manage monthly billing processes and invoicing per contracts.
• Monitor accounts receivable and aging analyses to support cash collections.
• Prepare grant-related financial reporting and ensure grant compliance.
• Coordinate with government partners and finance teams on reporting.
