Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in a public or high-growth tech company.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle month-end close.
• Experience managing intercompany accounting and multi-entity structures.
• Experience with international, multi-currency accounting.
• Confident communicator who partners across Finance and the business.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Proficiency with modern accounting tech stack, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global monthly close across entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Establish scalable intercompany accounting processes and reporting.
• Exercise ownership and judgment on vendor spend, accruals, leases, and related matters.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation to speed and accuracy of the close.
• Maintain audit readiness with clear documentation and responsiveness to audits.
