Job summary

Wertz & Associates is looking for a Senior Accountant for their Client Advisory Services team. The role is fully remote and designed for those who have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with insights into public accounting, client advisory services, or outsourced accounting.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and collaborating with clients on various accounting matters. The position highlights a growth-oriented culture focused on real client impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, especially with small and mid-sized businesses.
• Experience in client advisory services and preparing financial statements.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of business clients.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
