Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to advance supplier strategies and manage complex RFx events within the Supply Chain organization. You will collaborate across Risk, Fraud, Business Resilience, and Operations, negotiating contracts and guiding multiple projects from ideation to execution.

Based in the Pittsburgh, PA / Cleveland, OH / Birmingham, AL area, you may work remotely in select geographies with periodic in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience negotiating complex vendor contracts and proposals.
• Experience sourcing technology products and services (software, SaaS, network).

Responsibilities

• Supports Supply Chain by researching, evaluating, negotiating, and selecting suppliers.
• Requests and reviews complex vendor proposals for goods and services.
• Consults with vendors to obtain optimal pricing and terms; negotiates complex purchases.
• Prepares supplier strategies, deal strategies, and financial analyses for strategic sourcing.
