Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customer contacts across various functions.
• Work closely with inside sales to achieve objectives.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide market intelligence.
• Increase revenue from assigned customers through value-added services.
• Manage customer accounts with margin analysis and quality improvement.
• Develop and implement sales programs and promote E-Commerce.
• Provide daily updates to customers about industry trends.
