Job summary

The Cigna Group's Accredo division seeks a Sr. Account Executive for Advanced Pulmonary Conditions to expand referrals, improve patient access, and strengthen provider relationships across the pulmonary specialty market.

You will partner with healthcare providers, manufacturers, and internal teams while supporting payer agreements and launches, with travel across assigned markets. Qualified candidates should have extensive healthcare and specialty pharmacy sales experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory strategy and execution to achieve referral, patient admit, and growth objectives.
• Primary sales representative for physicians, hospital clinics, infusion centers, and referral sources.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical, reimbursement, operational, and manufacturer partners to improve patient access.
• Develop territory business plans, forecasts, and referral strategies using market insights.
• Monitor referral activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Accredo at conferences, education programs, and industry meetings.
