Job summary

Audacy, Inc. is seeking a SEM Account Manager to own and optimize client Google Ads campaigns across Audacy’s 48 markets. This remote role reports to the SEM Product Manager and acts as the primary SEM contact for sales teams and external vendors.

You’ll build campaigns, monitor performance, and provide strategic recommendations to support campaign success while adapting to evolving platforms and priorities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or relevant experience.
• Paid search or digital media advertising experience preferred.
• Google Ads certified - a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast campaign potential for prospective clients using research tools.
• Build and launch Google Ads campaigns with structure, keywords, ad copy, budgets.
• Perform pre-launch and post-launch quality checks for accuracy.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns using performance data and best practices.
• Review search terms, keywords, ads, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing for monthly delivery.
• Analyze performance and communicate results and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams and vendors for campaign execution.
