Job summary

WilsonHCG in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Systems Specialist to remotely program and troubleshoot access control, CCTV, nurse call, and related low-voltage systems across ET/CST time zones.

You will remote-support field sites, integrate systems such as Avigilon, Lenel, PremiSys and Exacqvision, and coordinate with clients while maintaining strong service levels. Some travel to sites is expected, with full benefits and 401k offered.

Qualifications

• Commission, program, service Commercial Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and Burg Alarm.
• Remote Tech support.
• Knowledge of nurse call and experience within healthcare/education/commercial settings is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Avigilon, Lenel, PremiSys, Exacqvision, and other systems are a strong plus.
• Very limited travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Commission, program, and service access control and CCTV systems.
• Provide remote technical support to client sites.
• Collaborate with clients and manage relationships remotely.
• Leverage nurse call knowledge across healthcare/education/commercial settings.
