Job summary

Concentric, a global risk consultancy, is seeking a Program Manager for Security Operations. This remote role coordinates embedded staff, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless security service delivery and compliance with policies.

Requires leadership in protective services and cross‑functional collaboration across HR, Recruiting, and Finance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in protective security or related government services, with a background in executive protection and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in protective security.
• Ability to manage complex programs and multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate embedded staff placement and onboarding for client programs.
• Lead regular check-ins to assess performance and well-being of embedded employees.
• Mentor staff and escalate issues to HR or management when needed.
• Oversee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including timesheets and expenses.
• Manage relationships with clients and embedded teams to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Draft proposals and budgets for security operations engagements.
• Train and vet resources for protective services and executive protection.
• Travel up to 30% as required for client sites and operations.
