Alignerr is seeking a Security Operations Analyst (AI Training) for a remote hourly contract. Bring 2+ years in SOC or incident response to evaluate AI-driven security tasks and help shape how AI reasons about threats.

Work asynchronously on 10-40 hours per week with flexible scheduling. You will review AI detection logic, triage alerts, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI tools used by security analysts worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a SOC, IR, or security operations role.
• Familiar with SIEM platforms and alert triage processes.
• Ability to distinguish threats from noise.
• Strong written communication to explain reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities
