Job summary

Talenthop is seeking a SECURITY MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER/RESEARCHER to enhance the Open XDR platform by designing data schemas, normalization, and threat detection methods. You will help detect, correlate, and investigate security threats with ML-driven insights.

The role requires a strong background in ML/NLP/graph methods, experience translating security requirements into deployable solutions in Python, and clear communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s/Ph.D. in CS or related field with ML focus.
• Experience as ML Engineer or Research Scientist.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience with time series, graph ML or NLP.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design data schema and normalization for third-party security data.
• Translate security detection requirements into ML problems and solutions.
• Research and develop ML algorithms for security insights.
