Job summary

Bridge is hiring a Security Analyst / Program Manager to design and scale its security governance, risk, and compliance foundations. You will adopt mature security practices from Stripe while tailoring them to Bridge's growing platform and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Security GRC, ideally in fast-paced startup environments.
• Startup mindset: scrappy, pragmatic, and quick to solve critical problems.
• Proficiency with NIST CSF, OCC Cybersecurity Supervision Work Program, FFIEC IT Handbook, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with regulatory audits from global auditors across security domains.
• Ability to balance security rigor with speed in dynamic environments.
• History of translating policy, audit, and regulatory mandates into practical controls.
• Broad technical depth across cloud architecture, identity management, appsec, data protection, and incident response.
• Track record of evaluating control environments and driving remediation projects to completion.
• Strong program execution: roadmaps, milestones, cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify and tackle Bridge's most important security risks quickly and pragmatically.
• Adopt Stripe's programs, controls and processes where applicable and tailor as needed.
• Reinforce engineering best practices around secure development and infrastructure.
• Ensure Bridge meets compliance and audit expectations as we scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and Stripe's security org to move fast without compromising safety.
