Job summary

Soteria - Security Solutions & Advisory is a fully remote cybersecurity advisory firm. You will lead security assessments for Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, AWS, and more, translating findings into practical action plans for clients.

You will communicate with executives and technical teams, design secure architectures, and help clients balance business and security objectives while staying current with trends and frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity/IT space.
• Experience in cybersecurity consulting or similar roles (VAR/ MSP).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).
• Familiarity with CIS, STIG, NIST frameworks.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA or higher, MCSE/MCSA, AWS/SAA/Advanced Networking or Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform cloud and infrastructure security assessments across major platforms.
• Develop reports with actionable security gap remediation recommendations.
• Translate security documentation into operational practices for clients.
• Assist clients from initial engagement through contract execution and follow-up.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal tooling and knowledge base.
