Job summary

Anza is a Solana R&D lab focused on safeguarding the Solana ecosystem through robust security measures and research. You will work with core developers, ecosystem teams, and external auditors to identify vulnerabilities in distributed systems and blockchain client software.

We seek aSecurity Engineer with 5+ years in distributed systems, Rust familiarity, and strong communication. This fully remote role offers a dynamic, problem-solving environment and impactful security work for decentralized

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience related to complex distributed systems.
Experience with fuzzing tools in Rust.
Auditing experience and ability to communicate security concepts clearly.
Proficient in English with strong written and verbal skills.
Self-motivated, self-managing and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Design and implement security and defense-in-depth controls for distributed systems.
Conduct advanced security research on Solana and Rust-based platforms.
Perform in-depth internal security audits with core contributors.
Collaborate with external audits in partnership with top-tier firms.
Effectively communicate security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain high integrity, trust, and professionalism in security practices.
