Job summary

Adapt Talent seeks a Blockchain Engineer (Solana) to design and build scalable smart contracts and decentralized applications on the Solana network.

You will work with Rust and Anchor, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay up-to-date with Solana protocol updates. The role offers a remote-friendly environment and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact DeFi and NFT projects.

Qualifications

Experience in Solana blockchain development and smart contracts.
Proficiency in Rust and Anchor frameworks.
Deep understanding of Solana architecture and on-chain/off-chain optimizations.
Experience with Web3 technologies, DeFi protocols, and NFT standards.
Familiarity with Solana RPC APIs and indexing services.
Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract security.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Solana smart contracts using Rust and Anchor.
