Job summary

Innosoft is seeking a Security Architect (Data Modeling Engineer) for a remote 12-month engagement with the South Carolina Department of Administration. The role focuses on Cribl data modeling and log ingestion within a large enterprise security team.

You will design, implement, and maintain data models and support SIEM/XDR, vulnerability management, and endpoint security across Linux and Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field; eight years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
• Five years of experience supporting large IT environments and/or system deployments.
• Strong experience with Cribl data modeling and log pipeline design.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise security tools including SIEM, XDR, Vulnerability Management, DLP, and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, deploy, and operationally support Cribl data modeling and log pipeline ingestion.
• Support enterprise SIEM platforms and XDR capabilities.
• Assist with design and configuration of Linux-based security sensors and endpoint monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with Security Architects to align solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and implementation guides.
