Job summary

Informa TechTarget in Newton, MA is seeking a strategic Security Architect to define and drive cloud and enterprise security architecture. You will own the security vision, governance, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure to embed security across our technology ecosystem.

You will lead security strategy, governance, and initiatives across AWS and GCP, including IAM, CSPM, CIEM, and Zero Trust, while guiding DevSecOps and Secure SDLC practices to protect organizational assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field
• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with cloud security
• Proven track record leading enterprise security architecture in multi-cloud
• Deep understanding of cloud security best practices for AWS & GCP
• Familiar with security testing tools and platforms (Vulnerability scanning, pentesting)
• Strong analytical and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Define and drive cloud and enterprise security architecture roadmaps
• Lead SDLC and DevSecOps initiatives across the org
• Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines and shift-left practices
• Mentor DevOps and development teams on secure coding
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure leaders to align security with business goals
• Drive security governance, audits, and remediation plans
