Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Security Analyst (Governance and Trust) to strengthen customer trust and scale security work through automation. You will maintain security content and AI agents supporting governance workflows, auditing behavior, updating knowledge, and preventing drift as practices evolve.

This role is suited for detail-oriented professionals, comfortable with security content and AI-enabled workflows, and capable of translating technical concepts into customer-ready content.

Qualifications

• Experience in security assurance or related security function.
• Experience maintaining customer-facing security artifacts (questionnaires, Trust Center content).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Comfort with AI-enabled workflows, including maintaining agents rather than building models.

Responsibilities

• Security assurance and customer trust content maintenance.
• Keep Trust Center content accurate and up to date.
• Maintain customer-facing security artifacts for sales.
• Ensure security docs reflect current products, practices, and architecture.
• Establish processes for updating and publishing assurance content.
• Identify gaps and outdated information before sharing with customers.
• Automation and AI governance of governance tools and agents.
• Audit AI agents for accuracy, quality, reliability and drift.
• Document agent behavior and review outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve AI-assisted security work.
