Job summary

Ascend Learning in the United States is seeking a part-time Securities Instructor to deliver live, webinar-based courses, guiding students through high-demand qualification exams with a solid understanding of securities rules.

You will coach students over the phone and via email, track updates to materials, and support editorial projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years teaching and strong communication, plus licensing exam knowledge (Series 7/66 or 65) and a team mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a teaching or training role.
5+ years of experience in Financial Security industry.
Knowledge of the compliance rules that govern the securities industry.
Experience with Series 7/66 or Series 65 licensing exams.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Trustworthy, reliable, flexible.

Responsibilities

Teach live, interactive Webinar-based courses on high-demand securities industry qualification exams.
Assist, train, and coach students over the phone and through the Instruction email system by responding to content‑specific questions.
Track updates to material and communicate with team members.
Handle customer issues and elevate to management when necessary.
Assist with editorial projects, such as writing content, questions, reviewing rules, or regulation changes.
